Is Delivery free?

We deliver for free within a 20 mile radius from our base in Warwickshire. Depending on the size of your order, there may be a delivery charge of £25 for distances further than 20 miles.

What will the buffet be served on?

We serve our buffets on reusable foil/plastic/wooden platters. If you have a preference, please let us know.

How long is the food safe for?

Important Food Safety Information:

To ensure the best quality and safety, all cold buffet items should be kept chilled until ready to serve. Cold foods can safely remain out for up to 4 hours from the time they leave refrigeration. Any leftovers after this time should be disposed of.

Once your order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for safe storage and handling passes to the customer.

Yes, We provide disposable cutlery, plates and napkins at no extra charge

Do you need to collect serving platters after our event?

Yes please, we would like to arrange collection of our serving platters/tongs/spoons/baskets etc at a time convenient to you.

Do I have to pay a Deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your event date. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

How do you handle Event Cancellations?

These are handled dependant on the circumstances ...
 
More than 14 days before event:

Refund of all payments made minus the deposit.

7–14 days before event:

50% of total invoice refunded (deposit retained).

Less than 7 days before event:

No refund. Full payment is required due to food preparation and staffing commitments.

PLEASE NOTE:

If we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances we will assist to find another caterer where possible.

We will issue a full refund

Do you provide tables?

No, we ask that sufficient tables are provided by yourselves/venue. As a rough guide a buffet for 40 people would require 2-3 6ft trestle tables. Please talk to us about spacing requirements/availabilty.

Do we need to collect our Serving/Display items?

Accepted Answer

Yes please. We will arrange this with you or your venue. Please note that a charge may be incurred if items are not returned.
