We deliver for free within a 20 mile radius from our base in Warwickshire. Depending on the size of your order, there may be a delivery charge of £25 for distances further than 20 miles.
We serve our buffets on reusable foil/plastic/wooden platters. If you have a preference, please let us know.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your event date. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

More than 14 days before event:
Refund of all payments made minus the deposit.
7–14 days before event:
50% of total invoice refunded (deposit retained).
Less than 7 days before event:
No refund. Full payment is required due to food preparation and staffing commitments.

If we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances we will assist to find another caterer where possible.

No, we ask that sufficient tables are provided by yourselves/venue. As a rough guide a buffet for 40 people would require 2-3 6ft trestle tables. Please talk to us about spacing requirements/availabilty.
Yes please. We will arrange this with you or your venue. Please note that a charge may be incurred if items are not returned.
